Terms of Service

VibeWork is a workplace practice simulation. You play realistic workdays at a fictional company, with AI-generated tasks, colleagues, a helper and a mentor, and get feedback and a proof card.

• It is not a job, internship, job offer, placement or certification, and does not guarantee employment, interviews or any outcome.
• All companies, people, data and events inside a workday are made up. Any resemblance to real ones is coincidental.
• Feedback and scores are generated with AI. They are for practice and may be wrong or incomplete — use your own judgement.

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). One account per number; your progress is tied to it.
• Give accurate information and keep your phone secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Tell us right away at the email below if you think someone else has used your account.

• Part of the experience (such as the first day) is free, with daily and monthly limits we may change.
• Paid access unlocks more — such as further days, full mentor feedback and expected answers. What is included and the price are shown on the checkout screen before you pay.
• Payment is a one-time charge in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. It is not a subscription and won't renew automatically.
• Access starts as soon as payment is confirmed. If it doesn't unlock, contact us with your payment id.

Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or abuse anyone.
• Enter other people's personal data, or sensitive data such as passwords, bank, health or government ID details.
• Try to make the AI produce harmful, hateful, sexual or illegal content, or get around its safety limits.
• Copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or access it with bots or automated tools.
• Interfere with the service's security or overload it, or create accounts to dodge limits or a suspension.
• Misrepresent a proof card or claim it is real work experience or a certification.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

You own what you write, say and upload. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and display it to run and improve VibeWork — including sending it to AI providers to generate replies, and showing your proof card to anyone you share its link with. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the product.

The service, workdays, characters, designs, text and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only for your own personal practice. You may share your proof card and its link.

By signing up you agree we may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your account, payments, your experience and feedback, even if your number is on the National Do Not Call registry. You can ask us to stop at any time; we'll still send essential messages such as OTPs and payment receipts.

We aim to keep VibeWork running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop features. If we stop a paid feature before you could use what you paid for, we'll offer a fair refund.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost opportunities or decisions you make based on AI feedback). Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.

You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

You can stop using VibeWork any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — most issues can be sorted quickly. Any dispute that can't be resolved goes to the courts at [City], India.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and tell you of significant changes in the app or by SMS or email. Continuing to use VibeWork after that means you accept them.
